EG04000 ECG module

Because of its compact dimensions (40 mm x 21 mm) and its low power consumption (75 mW at 3.3 V), the ECG04000 is especially well suited for use in battery powered devices.

The EG04000 fulfils all hardware-specific requirements for compliance with EN 60601-2-27.

Start of the joint project "inHeart" - July 2016

Medlab is a key partner in the unique "inHeart" project. InHeart is a project for individual cardiac support for optimal therapy in heart insufficiency partients and is the only one of its kind worldwide. This project is supported by the federal ministry of education and research.



New fingerclip sensor: PX-200

Medlab is pleased to introduce our new PX-200 fingerclip sensor to compliment our PEARL line of SpO2 sensors. The PX-200 has a cable length double that of our standard senors (280 cm), allowing for more flexibility with individual room layouts.

New 2015: Wireless transmission for Pulse Oximeter

The POX·Net system connects up to six Medlab pulse oximeters to a central monitor. The connection is wireless, using the DECT system. DECT is the worldwide standard for cordless phones and has a larger transmission range than other wireless standards.

From November: PEARL8 and PEARL5 Pulse Oximeters

We added two new portable pulse oximeters to our product portfolio.

The new devices PEARL8 and PEARL5 are handy and cost effective portable pulse oximeters. Despite their small size, they still feature excellent artefact suppression plus pulse enhancement, therefore being suitable for patients ranging from adult to neonate.

Due to their robust housing both devices are perfect to use during patient transport.

Besides that, the PEARL8 features a complete alarm system which makes it applicable for continuous monitoring, while the PEARL5 is intended for spot checks.

01.03.2011 NANOX10 with Colour TFT screen

Also the pulse oximeter NANOX10 has been revised, and is now delivered with a backlit colour TFT screen. The user interface has been completely worked over and was adapted to the newest ergonomical requirements. Despite of the brilliant, backlit screen, it was possible to increase the operational time with one set of batteries to approximately 40 hours. The NANOX10 can use a standard SD card for nearly unlimited data storage.

24.8.2010 PEARL10 with Colour TFT screen

From now on, the handheld pulse oximeter PEARL10 will be delivered with a backlit colour TFT screen. The user interface has been completety revised and was adapted to the newest ergonomical requirements. Despite of the brilliant, backlit screen, we have been able to increase the operational time with one set of batteries to approximately 40 hours! The PEARL10 can use a standard SD card for nearly unlimited data storage.

31.3.2010 CAPNOX with Colour TFT screen

From April on, the handheld capnograph CAPNOS and the combined capnograph / pulse oximeter CAPNOX will be delivered with a high-end, colour TFT screen. The user interface has been revised completety and was adapted to the newest ergonomical requirements. By using the most advanced design techniques, we even have been able to increase the operational time with one fully charged battery to approximately 12 hours!
